We had over 200 registered attendees and the feedback we got from the audience absolutely blew me away – the topic definitely struck a chord with everyone there, whether personally for neurodivergent employees, or by increasing understanding for parents/ carers and line managers.

I really appreciated Ayo’s openness and encouragement to explore such a challenging and deeply personal topic. Her talk was authentic, engaging, and most importantly, provided reassurance and perspective. She put in a massive amount of effort to “pull back the curtains” on what all neurodivergent people go through internally on a daily basis, and provided her unique story and lessons learnt on how she copes with this.

Furthermore, her ability to stand up for what is right and shine a light on difficult topics such as this one are both qualities I aspire to emulate.
